Instrumentation
Instrumentation instruments measure field parameters (physical values) such as flow, pressure, temperature, density, and level. Instrumentation is an integral part of that implementation and maintenance or troubleshooting all its functioning instruments for best performance and response of safety systems, control systems and smooth operation of a plant. If these systems fail, this will result in production loss, system damage, plant shutdowns, penalties or losses due to failure of compliance.
Measurements and data acquired by our systems can be used for compliance monitoring, alarming or notification, and air-quality and dispersion modelling at refineries, landfills, construction sites, and in many other locations where particulates, gases, or even odours need to be monitored. Our prowess in Instrumentation and instruments is in Coriolis (mass) flowmeters, turbine flowmeters; analytical Ph/ ORP measurement; Conductivity; Pressure gauges & switches; water purification equipment; softeners; ultrasonic; valves.; diaphragm operated valves; thermocouples and RTD's; hazardous location equipment; and intrinsic safety barriers/ isolators.
Typical sensors used on our stations include, but are not limited to: wind speed, wind direction, solar radiation, delta temperature (SRDT), air temperature, water temperature, soil temperature, relative humidity, precipitation, and barometric pressure. Jacmo provides a professional approach to Instrumentation that lets clients rely on quality services and results. Whether it be building, optimizing, managing or just maintaining instruments, Jacmo continues to focus on providing bottom-line value.
